Hello! I'm Joyce, also known as The Cinnamon Roll Lady, and I'm the "J" in J&M Bakes. I have been baking for 25 years, and my biggest fans have always been my children. Then I met Myron (the "M" in J&M), he along with my children encouraged me to embark on this wild adventure. If it weren't for M and his constant nudging (more like a push into the proverbial deep end), I may not have taken that very first leap of faith. The result is that so many wonderful people keep coming back and letting me know that my cinnamon rolls and other homemade bakes are the "best" they've had. After many uncertain days and moments of feeling so nervous that my hands would shake, I am closer than ever to achieving a dream that has been 25 years in the making.
